SGE is planning to upgrade its Member Service on Jan.1, 2023 to streamline the service to the members. This version improves the stability and security of information interaction and expands the browser compatibility. A security plugin is required to be installed by each international member to login Member Service System successfully. To ensure the operations on the Member Service System not be affected by the upgrading, please kindly install the security plugin in time. In addition, Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 or Google Chrome 88 or its latest version is required to access the Member Service System. The installer is available in Annex 1 and please refer to the installation guide in Annex 2. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
