Notice on Fees Related to Bullion Storage Services on International Board

All Members,
For the purpose of encouraging international members and customers to participate in trading and delivery on the International Board (IB), SGE will continue to waive the Storage Fees, Load-in Fees, and Load-out Fees of IB transaction vault for international members and customers. The specific fee exemption period will start when the end-of-day clearing is over on the Storage Fee Clearing Day in December of 2024 and will end when the end-of-day clearing is going to start on the Storage Fee Clearing Day in December of 2025.
In accordance with SGE’s delivery rules, SGE will charge international members and customers for the Safe Deposit Vault Storage Fees, Load-in Fees, Load-out Fees, Bullion Moving Fees, Vault Audit Fees, and other storage service fees. The collection period will start when the end-of-day clearing is over on the Storage Fee Clearing Day in December of 2024. The fee rates for the Safe Deposit Vault Storage Fees, Load-in Fees, Load-out Fees, Vault Audit Fees, and other storage service fees will be determined in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Safe Deposit Vaults of Shanghai Gold Exchange (Amended in November 2019). The Bullion Moving Fees for Inter-vault Transfers will be determined in accordance with the Operating Guidelines of Shanghai Gold Exchange for Load-In/Load-Out and Bonded Zone Entry/Exit Procedures for International Board Certified Vaults (Amended); that for Inventory swaps of Safe Deposit Vault will be determined in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Inventory Swaps of the Shanghai Gold Exchange (Amended); and that for clearings and transfers of OTC-traded bullions at SGE safe deposit vaults will be determined in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Safe Deposit Vaults of Shanghai Gold Exchange (Amended in November 2019).
