In order to further popularize professional knowledge of gold market, strengthen investor education , enhance business proficiency of international members, and promote international business of Shanghai Gold Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "SGE"), Shanghai Gold Exchange International (hereinafter referred to as "SGEI") held 2020 SGE International Members Online Training Seminar from November 30 to December 4. Over 150 attendees from more than 10 countries and regions, including Russia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Turkey, Australia, Singapore and Thailand, as well as representatives of overseas institutions intended to trade through SGEI, participated in the training seminar remotely.

During the seminar, various departments of SGE introduced Price Matching Market, Price Asking Market, International Business, Risk Management Measures, Clearing and Settlement Measures, Delivery Business, Demonstration of SGE Terminals, and “Gold Road” Project. At the same time, some attendees were invited to deliver keynote speeches and exchange their experiences.

International members said the training seminar contains abundant contents and innovative representations. Through online seminar, they can further familiarize with SGE business, broaden development ideas. The online seminar has played an important role in assisting the international members to understand China's gold market and participate in business in an active and compliant manner.
