On June 16 and 17, 2021, Shanghai Gold Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "SGE") participated in the 2021 Asia Pacific Precious Metals Conference and hosted the " Special Focus - China " forum. This conference mainly focused on the topics including current situation and policy changes of Asia-Pacific precious metal markets under the influence of the pandemic, the impact of the pandemic in Southeast Asia gold market, trends in precious metal market development, and the technology applications. Nearly 900 delegates from Southeast Asia government organizations, financial institutions and gold industries joined the conference.

In "Special Focus - China" forum, SGE thoroughly shared overview of China's gold market under the pandemic and the innovative business of SGE international development, promoted the "Gold Road" project, and received sound feedback.

SGE will continue to promote cross-border cooperation in the gold market industry chain and accelerate the cooperative development of domestic and oversea gold markets.
